  5. As a company, how was our customer service? Your customer service is top notch. Very friendly answering the phone and answering promptly. The website is easy to navigate. I got a confirmation 2 days before the move and even though the crew was late, they called several hours in advance to let us know so that we could plan our day accordingly. Overall, I was very impressed with the service that you provide. I had an excellent experience. Thank you very much for making a very difficult process much much easier.

  12. Additional Comments: They were Awesome! They Were friendly and they took great care of all of my belongings. Apple Moving Co. is by far the best moving company I have ever dealt with. They were honest and up front with their estimates.

  12. Additional Comments: About as good as moving gets. The 3 man crew arrived 15 minutes early, and once they started, they did not stop. I had concerns about doing a move on an hourly basis instead of a flat rate, but those concerns were completely unfounded. The crew did an excellent job could not have possibly gone any faster, and didn't scratch a single item. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!
